Yes. We schedule a brief meet and greet before any first stay to ensure the right fit for everyone and to help your dog feel comfortable from the start.

We intentionally limit our home to a maximum of four guest dogs at a time, plus our own dachshund, Maya, who serves as our official greeter and resident hostess.

They nap on the couch, follow us from room to room, and settle into a steady daily rhythm. At night, they sleep wherever they are most comfortable, whether that’s a dog bed, crate (if preferred), or their usual routine from home.

Please bring your dog’s food, any medications, and a familiar item such as a bed or blanket. We’ll review details together during your meet and greet.

Yes. We send regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your dog is safe, comfortable, and settling in well.

For the safety of all dogs in our care, we require proof of current vaccinations prior to any stay. Rabies, DHPP (Distemper/Parvo), and Bordetella.

Payment is collected in full at the time of booking to reserve your dog’s stay. Once confirmed, your dates are secured on our calendar.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the stay receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the stay are subject to a 50% charge.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the stay are non-refundable.
